Lindley. My great grandmother who was Cherokee (first name Lavada) at the age of 13 year old, was "given" to Eli Lindley in Dallas, Texas, and they had 5 children, one being my grandmother Elizabeth Lindley who married O'Neal Miles, whose son Walter O'Neal Miles being my father. Do you have any records of this any where in your research? My great grandmother/father and grand parents are all dead, and I have not records, other than verbal.
